Generate a mirror image using Matrix.postConcat()

We can use the matrix below, with the Matrix.postConcat() to generate a mirror image about Y axis.
{ -1, 0, 0,
0, 1, 0,
0, 0, 1
};

Generate a mirror image using Matrix.postConcat()
